Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Top Lux is not responsible for any lost, stolen, late, or damaged packages.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
